What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Operator position at Made Plus?
This role is perfect for a hands-on individual or tradesman/woman. The focus is on the Finishing Station on a Footwear Production Line.
No experience is necessary in the footwear industry. There are opportunities for training and advancement within the company to other roles.
Responsibilities:
-Lace up new finished shoes prior to packaging
-General quality review of shoes before packaging
-Addition of point of purchase tags and materials to shoe
-Final packaging and placement of shoes in shoe box for shipping to the customer
-Receive incoming shipments and inspect for quantity and quality to match expectations
-Stocking of material bins to ensure production flow is not interrupted.
-Maintenance of storage racks to properly manage raw material stock.
-Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clear work area
-Work with team members to meet production goals
-Other projects as needed.

-Work well with a team and ask questions when you need to.
