Email / Marketing Creation of weekly Email and Site Plan Help with creating the Monthly Creative Review Testing of peering emails & SMS Pulling Monday business data Support of other daily email dasks, including maintainence of heat maps and creating JIRAs for workflow management Assist with ad hoc marketing projects across various topics (examples include competitive landscaping for social program, documentation of email opt in journey, etc.) Support the influencer team with stock reductions and communications Administrative Heavy calendar management for two department leaders and team members Administer expense reports and process departmental invoices Order supplies and coordinate team activities Coordinate internal meetings pertaining to a number of cross functional departments Prioritize the day-to-day efficiency of the team and cross functional partners, often working with other assistants and teams across the organization Assemble various reports from cross functional stakeholders Qualifications: BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform essential functions of the job.  1 years’ Marketing experience required Administrative experience preferable Has an extreme sense of urgency Able to be resilient when dealing with high- pressure situations Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality #LI-Hybrid #LI-MG1 We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes. Hourly Range: $25.48 - $33.13 At J.Crew Group (JCG) we aim to pay competitively for our company’s size and industry. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
