IT Project Coordinator
Position Type: FTE, Direct Hire with Benefits
Location: Irvine, CA (Must be able to work Onsite several days a week)
The Role: Madiba is currently in search of an IT Project Coordinator Consultant to join the Madiba team to support an SAP implementation that is taking place at an industry leading company. This person will be supporting several project workstreams. This is a hybrid contract role and the person will need to work onsite in Irvine a few days a week for the duration of the project.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- This is administrative work performing non-routine research and administrative tasks related to the coordination and oversight of IT projects to ensure timely and effective project development and completion.
- IT Project Coordinator role provides support to internal project workstreams.
- Will drive the follow up and compliance with the project methodology.
- Monitors and maintains record keeping and file maintenance for the project workstreams.
- Verifies and analyzes the accuracy of data and information used or generated by the project workstreams.
- Coordinating with QA/validation team when moving items from development to production.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where you can learn new systems quickly and grow.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of project management/coordination and reporting experience
- Experience in managing IT projects
- Familiar in managing UAT processes/procedures
- Experience in coordinating teams and stakeholders
- Experience with SAP is ideal but not required
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
- Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook
- Must be able to work onsite in the Irvine Office several days per week
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
