Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Madison Construction Group, INC. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and construction management tasks in South Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure all quality standards are met
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Knowledge with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Orderliness on and off site
- Project Coordination and Project Management skills
- Construction Project Management and Construction Management experience
- Budgeting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience with construction scheduling software
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related is required
Required Experience:
- Commercial & Residential Experience: MINIMUM 5 years
- Knowledge in using Blue Bleam and BuilderTrend software
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Excel , Word, Power Point
