Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Madison Construction Group, INC. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and construction management tasks in South Florida.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ensure all quality standards are met


Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Knowledge with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Orderliness on and off site
  • Project Coordination and Project Management skills
  • Construction Project Management and Construction Management experience
  • Budgeting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Experience with construction scheduling software
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related is required


Required Experience:

  • Commercial & Residential Experience: MINIMUM 5 years
  • Knowledge in using Blue Bleam and BuilderTrend software
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Excel , Word, Power Point
