Dispatcher - Mobile Phlebotomy

We are recruiting for a Dispatcher for our Mobile Phlebotomy Services.

FLSA: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Hourly

The Mobile Phlebotomy Dispatcher will have dispatch, asset tracking, and scheduling experience within the medical/health care industry. This position works under the supervision of the President.

Responsibilities:

• Enter patient information and laboratory orders into dispatch software
• Act as liaison with client and mobile phlebotomists
• Respond to client inquiries regarding results and dispatch status of phlebotomists
• Monitor flow of assets, routes, times, and workload activity
• Monitor daily mobile phlebotomist activities to ensure that they are on schedule
• Communicate with client, vendors, dispatch team, and courier on a daily basis regarding changes and activities
• Good customer service skills with clients and patients at all times
• Maintain daily records and logs as required
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• 5 experience in healthcare (long-term care setting preferred)
• Prior experience utilizing a PBX or digital multi-line phone system required

Compensation:

• Hourly compensation commensurate to experience.
