QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: A Four (4) year degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Public Administration or qualified experience
- Experience: 2 years of progressive experience in Federal Grant Administration
- Madison County, IL residency requirements must be met within 6 months of hire
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile and submit on a timely basis all reports required by the US Department of Labor (USDOL)
- Build relationships with all partner agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting from all sub-awardees
- Provide technical assistance as needed to any partner agency
- Collects, records, and analyzes data collection for grant and contractual project per award agreements
- Assists with identifying and implementing models for improvement on grant and projects, including coordinating team efforts, assisting team leads with optimizing team dynamics
- Supports sub-awardees in ensuring all contractual requirements have been met; reviews, edits, and approves all data analyses for sub-awardees
- Supervise the day to day activities of the Apprenticeship Program Coordinator
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
This is a grant funded position from a special grant that ends on 6/30/2026. Continued employment after that date will be contingent on the program receiving continued funding.
