COMPENSATION 

  • Starting at $18.00 and higher wages depending upon experience

JOB SUMMARY

  • Drive a truck pulling a trailer
  • Load equipment on and off a trailer safely
  • Operate lawn care equipment
  • Remove lawn clipping debris with leaf blowers from concrete surfaces  
  • Complete tasks and uphold the Madison Lawn Care Standard
  • Assist with projects to make our customer’s dream outdoor living spaces a reality
  • Install trees, plants, rock, retaining walls and hardscapes
  • Desire to work as a team member to complete projects
  • Clean and maintain the equipment. Report to our mechanic if the equipment is in disrepair. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience in the lawn care industry is preferred but not required
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • Ability to operate lawn care equipment    
  • Be timely and organized
  • Ability to complete the physical tasks within the lawn care industry  
  • Willingness to learn and improve
  • We run comprehensive background checks on all new personnel
