Role
Madrivo is looking for a hands-on and highly organized Full Stack Web Developer to become an integral part of our development team. Our ideal candidate would need to execute their job duties with limited supervision, proactively find solutions to both small and complex problems, and be able to effectively communicate with clients and other internal team members. Efficiently execute tech projects by understanding business requirements and then source and manage external resources to achieve the desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with our Owned and Operated team to rapidly develop, test, deploy, and scale lead generating websites across a variety of third-party and in-house platforms.
- Code in various frontend / backend languages and frameworks.
- Integrate with various APIs to provide features and functionality for sites.
- Install effective event tracking pixels to provide the team with insights on key conversion points.
- Provide recommendations and enhancements on platform and API to increase quality.
- Provide strategic technical recommendations on implementing A/B testing.
- Effectively communicate technical needs, timelines, and blockers.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and one year of experience in a similar position or 5 years experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and understanding of the following areas:
- Website Development, coding, and languages and frameworks (frontend and backend)
- PHP
- Laravel
- Python
- Javascript
- CSS including CSS Preprocessing
- Well-versed in Bootstrap (or another popular CSS framework)
- WordPress & WordPress Multisite
- Basic proficiency with one of React, Vue, or Angular
- REST APIs
- CI/CD pipeline
- Basic GIT Workflows
- Using different branches/features and understanding how to merge code
- Automated deployments
- Database environment

- Server hosting infrastructure that can handle large volume and email traffic
