Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Accountant at Carl T Madsen Inc. The Construction Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks related to construction projects. This includes managing project budgets, tracking expenses, preparing and reconciling daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statements, preparing financial reports, preparing and filing tax reports, maintain all financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable, and providing support to the project management teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction accounting or related field
  • Knowledge of project budgeting and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Viewpoint Spectrum accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Construction Accountant) are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
