Salary Range: $62,500 - $75,000

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Producer at Madwell, you’ll collaborate closely with account, strategy, creative, social, and media teams to guide projects from inception to completion. You’ll be responsible for coordinating timelines, tracking budgets, and managing digital media ad buys. This position is perfect for a recent graduate or someone eager to begin their career in project management within the advertising and digital media industry.

Production/Project Management

• Creates straightforward timelines and manages the workflow of low-complexity projects
• Supports the planning, execution, and delivery of digital media campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
• Maintains and updates project documentation, including internal status reports, risk reports, schedules, and meeting notes
  
  

Overall Mindset

• Takes initiative, champions bold ideas, and isn’t afraid to experiment

Where You’ve Been

• 2-3 years of experience as a project manager, production coordinator/assistant, ideally within a creative agency
