Task of the Sales Operations Analyst will be to enable the Sales Organization to work with and within SFDC being a go-to person for SFDC related topics for the NEC Area. Key Responsibilities Enabler and ambassador of data-driven Sales Management Drive Salesforce uptake and Sales Quality Standards Drive data quality of user profiles and account master data in Salesforce Coordinate segmentation of customers Drive the usage of standard data and reports in the MOS (Maersk Operating System) and the SOS (Sales Operating System) and ensure discussions focusing on driving sales effectiveness and L&S Ocean growth Closely cooperate with Centre Sales Operations to ensure that systems are aligned to work for the sales organization Ensure that sales portfolios are up to date and align with Sales Management Projects / Ad-Hoc involvements Structurally improving Sales Processes Assist Sales Representative and Management to understand process bottlenecks and opportunities for productivity gain Identify and address ways to maximize our selling time, improve the impact of each sales call and avoid errors which cause additional downstream work Share knowledge through the Global Sales Operations team to ensure global application Serve as Global Service Centre liaison and ensure we leverage and use back-office services optimally in the frontline Required Experience & Skill Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related industry preferred 2 years of experience in project or process management preferable Process excellence and change management Influence without authority Strong stakeholder management skills Good understanding of Maersk commercial processes and stakeholders Project management experience Practical commercial sense Excellent communication skills in English Self-starter Team player Sales Operations Specialist - Ocean A.P.
