We are seeking experienced stand-up forklift operators in Carteret, NJ Direct hire! THIS POSITION IS DESIGNATED AS SAFETY SENSITIVE Key Responsibilities: Load and unload freight as directed by the shift supervisor and/or Lead Assist with Material Handling able to handle cartons weighing up to 50 pounds Maintain an acceptable level of productivity Operates a Forklift to move and pick products for shipping/receiving activities throughout the warehouse Ensure complete product accuracy on each order/pallet while maintaining safety operational standards. Maintain an acceptable level of productivity Receive daily work assignments from supervision and/or lead Verify shipping documents, shipping labels, and purchase orders Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area Participation in ongoing training opportunities ***Please note inhouse forklift training and testing are required before operating our forklifts. This position involves General Labourer work as well as forklift operation. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
