Appointment Setter / Lead Generator

These high-volume, popular brand locations offer the perfect setting to engage with customers seeking precisely what you have to offer: top-quality HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement programs.

Maeser Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling is currently looking for Sales Lead Generators to generate HVAC leads at Big Box Retailers, and select event Home Shows in and around Kentuckiana.

Base Rate: $16.00 hr. commission ($50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year avg) hourly and commission paid out weekly!

Required Credentials:

• At least 3 months of retail or sales experience
• A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to walk the floor during working house to increase customer interaction
• Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting.
• Some sales experience.
• Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

We have a robust training program and will teach the right candidates how to be successful.

We offer an hourly rate PLUS an excellent commission / bonus package. Our top performers make $50k or more in their first year. Part Time & Full Time positions available!
