Desktop/ Help Desk support Engineer
· Strong customer service abilities
· Active Directory , office 365 experience
· Windows 7 &10 and Windows Server
· Remote desktop support
· Experience with a ticketing system
· Must have strong skills in imaging computers
· VPN and some network experience
· Hardware support (printers, scanners, and lap tops)
· Bachelor’s degree in related field
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal
· Must have impeccable technical documentation abilities
· Minimum of 2 years experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $29.00 per hour
