Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy skills, be proficient in event planning, and possess strong organizational abilities.
Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform proofreading and transcribing tasks as needed
- Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Efficiently manage the Managing Partners' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and transportation for the Managing Partners and their families.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Has a car and is willing to drive.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives or business owners.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
