MAG Aerospace is seeking an Acquisitions SME in Huntsville, Alabama. The Program Integrator is critical to support the NAVWAR Directorate Planning team at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville with strategic planning, operations support, and process improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide analysis and integration of data to present project status, long-range plans, and program accomplishments in relation to program objectives, budgetary constraints, schedules, and technical requirements.
- Provide support for the development and maintenance of internal controls and coordinating and implementing administrative policies, procedures, directives, and regulatory requirements governing overall administrative functions. Provide coordination, integration, and synchronization of CFT events and activities.
- Provide programmatic advice and recommendations for schedule and cost for development of CFT prototype efforts to support the President’s budget, Budget Estimate Submission, Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and other cost and schedule requirements.
- Assess and analyze program management planning, programming, cost, schedule, and GFE management for the purpose of verifying that the required level of resources in support development, production and deployment are properly managed, controlled, and planned.
- Attend program reviews, as required, to better understand issues/problems related to program and propose recommendations for possible solutions to issues. Participate in meetings with respective technology leads and program managers to provide technical assistances, input, and advice.
Minimum Requirements
Required- TS Clearance, (TS/SCI desired)- 7 years of progressive experience in the DOD 5000 acquisition process
- Experience supporting the budgetary aspects of program management and scheduling
- Experience with trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, and supportability
- Experience with RF systems
- Familiarity with EW systems
- Familiarity with RDTE acquisition processes
Education

Bachelors degree (Business or accounting preferred)
- Experience can be substituted for degree
