That is why the Electronic Warfare and Cyber (EW&C) Program Office is regularly recruiting for professionals to contribute to the rapid development, acquisition, production, fielding, sustainment and more for delivering critical capabilities to counter current and future threats.
MAG Aerospace is seeking an Administrative Officer to provide support to PM Cyber and Space. The successful candidate will support the government lead with administrative tasks for the military, civilian and contractor personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the Manpower Information Retrieval and Reporting System (MIRARS) database
- Manage the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS)
- Provide assistance to the HR Lead
- Send out administrative emails to the workforce on various subjects;
- Track FY mandatory training requirements and assist employees complete their mandatory training;
- Perform HR in-processing/out-processing actions on PM C&S employees;
- Assist with the TINYpulse survey tool (aka Limeade Listening);
- Update monthly organization charts;
- Assist with writing employee recognition awards and processing the associated forms;
- Process personnel actions when required;
- Update human resource spreadsheets as needed.
- Provide assistance and expertise to the OPS Lead on the Risk Management Internal Control Program.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the OPS Lead and HR Lead as requested.
Requirements
Minimum Knowledge & Skills
- Must have one (1) year related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels within the organization
- Capacity to collaborate with colleagues, employees, managers, and leaders
Clearance Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
