Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to provide support to the BMD Staff in the planning, evaluation review and prioritization of technical and financial resources associated with assigned programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Assisting with, consolidating, and managing spend plans
- Tracking product office funding execution
- Preparing/Reviewing request for funds documents
- Advising Product Office staff on all BMD submissions
- Tracking and consolidating budget impact statements to congressional RFIs
- Managing BMD and programmatic taskers
- Assisting with consolidation and submission of the annual POM and SPAR charts to Army G-8
- Assisting with consolidation and submission of the Annual Report
- Coordinate with Product Office to defend program during budget execution reviews
- Utilize various DoD financial applications (PMRT, LMP, GFEBS-SA)
- Assist with preparation of End of Month execution charts
- Participate in meetings at the 05, 06, PEO levels.
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
- US Citizenship
- Experience with DoD Financial applications such as GFEBS, LMP, PMRT, CCaR and GFEB-SA
- Experienced coordinating with Program Managers, other PEOs, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills
- Skilled in MS Teams and able to project data during meetings.
- Skilled with MS Excel and pivot tables
Clearance
- TS DoD Security Clearance required; Secret may apply but must be TS/SCI eligible
Experience
- 4 Years managing government programs
Education
- Bachelors Degree; Preferred degree in Accounting Finance or Economics
- 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for Bachelors Degree
Other Qualifications
Outside of the above, other certifications, licenses, or clearances include the ability to work within an office/lab environment.
