GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Support the defined Warranty Process at Magna Autosystems America, driving standardization within the root cause analysis and reporting processes;
• Perform multiple problem part tear downs, requiring the use of various hand-tools and diagnostic equipment;
• Support the continuous tracking of warranty information/claims through initial reports, weekly management reports, and KPIs;
• Attend regular Customer Warranty part return reviews

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  Industrial or Mechanical Diploma or Degree an asset;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment required
• Valid Driver's license and ability to travel between plants required
• Valid passport and ability to travel outside the country is required
• Thorough understanding of Problem Solving methodology (8D Problem Solving, 5 Why, etc.) is required
• Thorough understanding of Automotive Warranty Systems and reporting methodology (Ford, GM, FCA) an asset
