## Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching & Training:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance students' debating skills, including argumentation, research, critical thinking, and public speaking.
- Provide individual and group coaching sessions, including feedback and constructive criticism.
Competition Preparation:
- Prepare students for local, regional, and national debate competitions.
- Guide students in researching debate topics and constructing effective cases.
## Duties
- Provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions to students
- Develop personalized learning plans based on individual needs
- Utilize effective communication skills to engage and motivate students
- Implement classroom management techniques to create a conducive learning environment
- Educate and support students in achieving their academic goals
## Skills
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
- Ability to educate and inspire students towards success
- Knowledge of adult education principles and tutoring methodologies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 18 per week
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
