The Energy and Infrastructure Group is seeking a candidate to work in a broad range of accounting and finance functions, including accounting, valuation, auditing, internal reporting, external reporting, liquidity, operation and process migration. This candidate will be working alongside the Controller and the CFO within the Energy and Infrastructure Group.


What You’ll Do:

  • Fund Accounting: review monthly and quarterly close packages, calculations for management fee, incentive allocations, and capital calls and distribution notifications prepared by the fund administrators.
  • Valuation: coordinate the private valuation process with investment teams and third-party valuation specialists; prepare and present valuation packages to the Valuation Committee.
  • Auditing: facilitate audit processes in coordination with external auditors and review financial statements.
  • Executive Reporting: maintain detailed deal cash flow, performance metrics and analytics; provide weekly reporting to investment team and senior management.
  • Investor Reporting: prepare or review investor estimates, track record, fund snapshot reports, quarterly ILPA reports, and Form PF; provide responses to inquiries from investors and ad-hoc requests from Marketing.
  • Treasury Management: oversee the funds cash management including credit lines, excess cash, cash forecasts, margin calls, outgoing and incoming wire process, and fund AP process.
  • Operations: assist the investment closing process including trade tickets, funds release, and settlement.

What’s Needed/Required for the Role:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting or Finance with strong academic performance record.
  • 2-5 years’ experience, preferably in public accounting or with relevant industry experience
  • Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft office applications with emphasis on MS Excel.
  • Energetic, flexible, attention to detail and demonstrated capability to be proactive.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in multi-disciplinary teams toward specific objectives.
