Temp University Relations Recruiter
Pay Range: $38.32 - $51.38/hr
Hybrid Role in Sleepy Hollow, NY
12 Month Contract
This is a long-term contract role based in Sleepy Hollow, NY, 3 days onsite hybrid-work required - it is not available for fully remote work or work sponsorships.
Responsible for executing campus recruiting strategies at core schools. Hires high volume of Interns and Co-ops, partnering closely with the rest of the University Relations Team. Focuses on candidate and hiring manager experience, positioning Regeneron as an employer of choice in bringing innovative and novel medicine to patients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develops and maintains relationships with hiring managers to understand their workforce and business needs, hiring interns and co-ops across multiple business areas
- Drives selection and offer process with hiring teams and students
- Assists with planning and execution of events for interns and co-ops
- Ensures managers and interns and co-ops are adequately informed of the process and expectations
- Builds relationships with program participants to ensure positive experience
- Engages and manages relationships with career services, students and clubs, and university professors at core schools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in University Relations or related recruiting experience
- MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), experience with Workday and Beamery a plus.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and/or client relationships.
- Strong process orientation, client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with customers, candidates, and schools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet goals and objectives in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Learning and Training:
