Magnolia Meadows at Waverly is an adult psychiatric behavioral health treatment program for first responders. We are located in the serene countryside of Waverly, TN. As we grow, we are adding more Client Care Techs (CCT). This role is responsible for providing compassionate support and supervision to clients and ensuring that a safe environment is maintained within the treatment setting. CCTs supervise and provide support to clients during all therapeutic opportunities; supervise and lead milieu activities (as appropriate); transport and supervise clients on outings; and provide skills coaching when appropriate. CCTs are responsible for communicating with the clinical team regarding client needs and behaviors, and maintaining clinical documentation as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
