About Us

Magnolia Medical Group is a Denver based addiction treatment center that specializes in the treatment of those addicted to opioids and opioid related medications. Our addiction treatment program involves individual addiction counseling and drug regimens designed to lessen opioid dependency. This is done under the care of our board certified addiction medicine Medical Director, and licensed addiction counselors.

Looking for an energetic team player with a professional appearance and demeanor. Must love patient care, have excellent communication skills and aspires to become an integral member of a close-knit clinical team (providers, counselors and other medical staff) . Candidates should be self directed, attentive to detail, possess an ability to multitask and have customer service work experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent MA experience. Proficient in EMRs, injections, vitals, tracking prescriptions, phlebotomy and providing exemplary patient care. Knowledge of insurance verification, referrals and phone triage. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Requires a responsible person that is punctual and a team player. This position will be required to work a combined schedule of weekdays, weekends and evenings. Criminal background check required. Tobacco and drug free workplace. No phone calls please. This is NOT a remote position.

Clinical Job Responsibilities:

  • Room patients and document basic medical history
  • Perform medical assistance to all providers
  • Perform drug testing, patients vitals (including heart rate, blood pressure, O2 Saturations, Height, Weight), breathalyzer, & pregnancy tests
  • Perform blood draws and immunizations
  • Conduct both Telemed and In-Person medical assistance
  • Work under the direction of the Lead Medical Assistant

Administrative Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Completing routine insurance & clinical paperwork
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Answering the clinic telephone
  • Tracking various data (such as patient in-and-out times and provider prescription tracking)
  • Opening & Closing Duties
  • Entering information into Electronic Health Records
  • Assisting patients with understanding provider & counselor instructions
  • Assisting the Practice Manager and Clinic Administrative Lead as needed

Experience: Medical Assisting, Minimum of 2 years recent experience

Required Education: Completion of a Medical Assistant Training Program
