Cleaning Specialist

A Little Bit About Us: Maid Different LLC is a local concierge and cleaning business that services residential and vacation properties throughout Dutchess, Ulster, and Columbia Counties. We are seeking one or two people to work in Ulster and Columbia counties.

A Little Bit About The Job: A typical day in this role will be between the hours of 7am and 5pm, some days may be shorter or longer than others based on the needs of the properties and their projects but work hours will always be within this time frame. Your job duties will include wiping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, etc., styling, arranging, and straightening up furniture, closets, pillows, beds etc. Typically you can expect to travel in between one and three properties each work day and may or may not be alone or working in a team based, again, on the needs of the projects and properties, but also based on what will be the most supportive to you.

It will also help if you enjoy being active, hands on, and are detail-oriented. You do not need to have experience in any of these areas (cleaning, staging, and/or organizing), we will train!

What Will Be Required Of You:

- Must be available between 20-30 hours a week, Monday through Sunday (This can potentially turn to full-time hours if desired.

- Valid Drivers License

- Reliable and insured vehicle you can use on all work days

- Cell phone

- Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
