We are looking for Home, Condo, Commercial cleaning.

This is a team work position!!

I need a second person with me during all cleans. I am looking for a part-time helper with a keen eye to details . Hours can vary but mainly only start 10:00 a.m. to as late as 5p.m. depending how many condos to clean or are scheduled in that day. Their will be no night hours. Most scheduling is part time starting April thru September. The busiest time of the year that 6 months.

I will interview an expect a application filled out. I will run a background check.

I will unlike most employers. I promise an will pay you the same day always after work is completed. This is a great job for extra money on hand. If wanting extra cash or hours, I can have you clean few hours at night also.

You are required to have dependable transportation. I can give option in commuting with me an packing all up in 1 car upon work scheduled also.

I am looking for a cleaner with experience. A hotel, home or condo cleaner previously or custodial. I expect someone trusting, helpful, caring an can clean deep cleans to every detail. I will always go over the work before locking up when u finish to inspect it to the highest quality when with you.

This job is my second arm . It basically is filling my shoes to the highest standards. You will work your way up to covering for me as if I'm sick or cannot be there in if something arises I cannot be there to clean. You can eventually be on your own in some of my scheduled cleans after being with me long enough.

I will give a sign on bonus after 90 days You must show me the interest in staying. Your enjoyment an desire to stay with me long term every year.

This is a job only part-time. Hours are flexible in times of when the schedule is to clean an if turns an how many turns to be cleaned before the next check in. Most are a window of (10-3)a.m. Weekends are heavily booked. I expect you to have only this job an available every weekend.

If backup in homes or commercial cleaning times will be at your flexablilty. I will cover all this on interviews.

It is mandatory to be on call. It is mandatory to be at every clean on time. It is mandatory to clean every place as if it is your own place. The highest regard to every germ, detail an dirt. This job is cleaning expensive homes, expensive home owned condos that I have cleaned many years an built up a good standards with. They are all like family to me as they should be to you.

This again is a job to be with me. A job to knock our turns fast in condo cleans. So you must bring your game on. You must hustle. You must be in preferred good shape. Experience again is necessary but Not preferred if you can show me you can learn fast an do it with ease! You determination an the love for the job is important in my reputation.

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees must wear slip on booties upon arrival premises. Always Gloves given an expected to wear entire time upon entry, cleaning an leaving. Masks if working with more then 1 person. All precautions in OSHA standards in cleaning used at all times.
