Client Relation Manager
Position Title: Client Relation Manager Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to enhance client engagement and support the operational efficiency of our firm. This role is designed to bridge the gap between client service excellence and financial planning precision, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our clients. In this role you will be a key member of the team, be client facing and a truly valued part of the firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and setup in financial planning systems such as eMoney, and Orion Planning.
- Create and maintain detailed client profiles, linking financial accounts and ensuring accuracy in financial data.
- Support financial advisor in preparing for client meetings by gathering preliminary information, preparing meeting agendas, and ensuring all client data is up-to-date and ready for review.
- Follow up on meeting action items, ensuring all client commitments are met timely and accurately.
- Manage client communication, including scheduling, confirming appointments, and preparing bulk email communications.
- Assist with client inquiries and provide support on issues related to account updates, transfers, and other client service tasks.
- Collaborate with operational and compliance team members to support firm initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and the client experience.
- Be team focused and ready to help with different projects, and with a “can do” attitude.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in client service or support roles within the financial services industry strongly preferred.
- Self starter who can work independently, is proactive, knows how to prioritize and has high standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in CRM and financial planning software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work and client satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and manage various projects in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
- This role requires a combination of office and remote work (4 days in office 1 remote), providing flexibility while ensuring team and client connectivity.
- A collaborative team environment with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
This role will help ensure that client needs are met with the highest level of service and that the firm’s processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently. It provides a vital link between the firm’s operational capabilities and its client-facing activities, enhancing both client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
