Experienced Cleaner for Prestigious Condo-Apartment Complex

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off

Responsibilities:

• Provide meticulous cleaning services for all buildings on a rotating basis, ensuring pristine conditions for discerning residents.
• Clean outdoor common areas, including emptying trash and ashtray receptacles, maintaining elevators, sweeping external stairs, and spot mopping spills.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness by meticulously dusting signs, fire extinguishers, receptacles, and other surfaces.
• Sweep or blow leaves and dirt from walkways and stairs.
• Maintain pool area cleanliness by removing trash and debris, arranging furniture, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning outdoor water fountains.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen and maintenance office by wiping countertops, sinks, and appliances, vacuuming and mopping floors, and emptying trash.
• Provide own cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuum, mop, and cleaning chemicals.
• Provide superior customer service by promptly addressing any cleaning concerns and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven experience in professional cleaning, preferably in high-end residential or commercial settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Own transportation and valid driver's license.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Fully insured for liability and workers' compensation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $400.00 - $480.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
