Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, taking orders and ensuring accuracy
- Operate the square POS system for order processing and payment transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts
- Follow all safety and health regulations in the food service industry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food production or the food service industry is preferred
- Strong interviewing and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
