We are seeking a Workday Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in managing Workday modules, integrations, and capabilities while working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Workday Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Workday implementation and optimization, driving strategic business transformation. This role will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in Workday.
- Expertise in Agile/DevOps methodologies and project management tools like Workfront.
- Solid understanding of Workday modules (HR, Finance, Payroll, Adaptive Planning).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting to derive actionable insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday modules, integrations, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with business users to gather, prioritize, and document requirements for Workday enhancements.
- Translate business needs into detailed configuration plans using Agile/DevOps methodologies and Workfront for project management.
- Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure successful feature delivery.
- Provide end-user training and support, continuously optimizing Workday configurations.
- Participate in upgrade planning and execution to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, integrations, and processes.
