- Develop the qualification materials for new hires and transfer employees
- Retain and tracklist of employees who are going through their qualification training periods
- Verify all documents are accurate and complete
- Coordinate with area supervisors to determine trainee progress through their qualification training period
- Conduct procedural research to ensure qualification documents are kept up-to-date
- Coordinate with training specialists to provide information on what stage employees are in their qualification period
- Create and generate reports for supporting department qualification/training reporting needs
- Support other projects assigned by the training manager
- Minimum associate degree and 4 years of experience or minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with developing, delivering, and maintaining new processes.
- Excellent organization and program management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in record retention and tracking of training requirements and completion is desired.
- E-learning and record retention system experience
