Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our self-storage facility.
Duties:
- Engage directly with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a welcoming environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential
- Operate and manage reservations using self-storage specific software. Basic computer skills required, including knowledge of databases, email, and office software
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all paperwork and digital records are accurately filed and easy to retrieve.
- Handle unexpected challenges and customer inquiries with professionalism and patience. Ability to think quickly and provide solutions to customer needs.
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, agreements, and customer interactions to maintain trust and efficiency in operations.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless operation and a high standard of customer service. Effective communication and cooperative skills are key.
