Administrative Assistant
Main Street United Methodist Church is looking to cover a medical leave
for a minimum of two weeks to start as soon as tomorrow.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as receptionist by receiving and distributing messages and answering the door.
- Book facilities
- Update the church calendars
- Prepare weekly email newsletter
- Prepare weekly church bulletin
- Assort correspondence and create correspondence as needed
- Help the comptroller with receipts and contribution
- Other tasks as assigned by the directing pastor
Requirements
- Oriented to Costumer Service
- MS office software
- Communication software like constant contact
- Self-motivated
- Fast Learner
Pay 15.00 hour
20-24 hours per week
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
