What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care.
Shifts Available:
Full Time; AM 8:30 am - 5:00 am; Monday - Friday
Wage range $27.16 - $39.96 – Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) /Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

Telecare Early Intervention and Recovery Program (TEIR) provides services and supports, at the facility, and in the community, for young adults aged 16-25 who may have emerging (prodromal) symptoms of psychosis, and their families.
Telecare’s Connect III program is a Full Service Partnership in the Stockton area. Connect III staff will do “whatever it takes” to improve health and social outcomes for clients, including identifying linkages to ongoing mental health services and other relevant resources. Wraparound services and supports will not only include clinical interventions, such as multidisciplinary assessment and treatment planning, 24/7/365 crisis intervention, medication support, and integrated co-occurring substance abuse interventions, but also non-mental health support in such areas as community integration, housing, employment and education, transportation, and benefits. We place a strong emphasis on integrating members into their communities and empowering them to build natural supports.
