Job Title: Associate Analyst – Office Operations Company: MAINE NATURAL GAS CORP Department: Gas Operations - MNG Marketing Sales Reports to: Manager - Marketing & Customer Service Location: Brunswick Maine The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, and other relationships: Responsibilities include responding to customer calls and bill inquiries, preparing, and reviewing bills, processing invoices, processing accounts receivable, assisting with the administration of the budget plan, and assisting Field Operations with purchase requisitions and inventory management. MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities): Customer service - receiving and responding to customer calls (20%) Gas bill preparation and review (20%) Processing accounts receivable (30%) Processing vendor invoices (15%) Purchase requisition preparation (5%) Inventory management support (10%) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience Required: Associate degree preferred. High School/GED with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience required. Skills/Abilities: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Good Telephone skills Financial knowledge preferred Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
