Maine Savings Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Teller Operations Supervisor at our Hampden branch. This position is full-time, regularly scheduled for 40 hours per week, and provides supervision of Tellers.
In a Teller Operations Supervisor role, you can expect to:
- Ensure teller functions are performed in accordance with established policies and standards
- Ensure security procedures are followed
- Monitor and enforce Teller drawer limits; buys and sells cash from Tellers as needed
- Coordinate Teller operations by assigning duties, monitoring and evaluating workflow, scheduling lunches and breaks, and scheduling Paid Time Off
- Maintain the highest member service standards throughout the branch through coaching and development, mentoring, and training of staff members.
