  • **Fully remote working schedule.
  • This position is responsible for ensuring 340B Program compliance in MMC's 340B Discount Drug Program. A major component of the role will be to monitor compliance through daily and scheduled audits and review of replenishment medication orders. This role requires extensive detailed review of data and analysis to ensure compliance and optimize program value with 340B regulations, policies and procedures. Audits will span across MMC's 340B mixed use setting, retail and contract pharmacy arrangements. This person will work  collaboratively with the 340B Program Specialist and other Pharmacy staff to lead compliance and growth opportunities of MMC's organization wide 340B pharmacy program.
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Education: High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.
    • License/Certifications: N/A
    • Experience: Experience with program auditing, planning, development and management preferred.
    • Knowledge of health care accounting, finance and reimbursement principles preferred.
    • Strong work ethic to provide comprehensive reports and consistently set and meet appropriate deadlines.
    • A self-starter capable of planning and performing financial and compliance audits of moderate difficulty and complexity with minimum supervision.
    • Proficiency in common office productivity software and operating systems such as Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
