Your Role:
The Secretary for Cardiopulmonary will greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answer telephones, transcribe referrals or orders into EMR, schedule appointments, and perform other general office duties as assigned. This position will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: One year of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Professional communication skills.
- Willingness to learn additional job-related responsibilities.
