Summary

  • Position Summary
    • This is a senior level professional position responsible for the production of Payroll for the MaineHealth Shared Services organization. This position provides direct back up to the Payroll Supervisor in payroll processing of daily operations as well as performing all of the principal duties of the Payroll Specialists.
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Education: Two-year degree or business equivalent.
    • License/Certifications: N/A
    • Experience: 3 to 5 years of payroll experience with a Comprehensive background in payroll.
    • Technical knowledge of Time and Attendance and Payroll systems.
    • Working knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations along with working knowledge of tax filings.
    • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft products, ie Word, Excel, Payroll and Time and Attendance Systems.
