Based out of Nashville, IN
The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the sales team in analyzing the market for potential leads. This position will also work with marketing on any distribution needs. This position is full-time and will require travel and in an office setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist sales in the qualification of customer needs
· Identify prospects and leads
· Present and prepare reports when needed
· Track and monitor your work
· Ability to learn the product that MSFN sells
· Follow policy and procedures along with company workflows
· Knowledge of our Market Area and Customer Base
· Knowledge of Indiana counties (preferred)
· Provide feedback from customers to Sales Manager
· Ability to grow professionally in your role
· Coordinate with marketing on regular expansion updates to customers
· Qualifying Proposed Zones
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Previous experience in Sales
· Strong time-management skills
· Strong organization skills
· Strong command of MS Office and CRM tools
· Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks

Physical/Environmental Requirements:
20% travel, 80% in an office setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
