Forms Developer

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer related field, or combination of education and two to four years of computer software development and database administration experience. Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular preferred. Knowledge of backend languages such as C# preferred. Valid driver’s license and meet agency underwriting standards.

The Family Initiative, Inc. is the parent company providing services in Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas. We provide service to these areas through our affiliates: TFI Family Connections in Oklahoma and Texas Family Initiative in Texas. Pathway Family Services is an affiliate in Kansas offering additional services to youth and families.
Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is an affiliate supporting the TFI Family of Companies and other Nonprofits. As a Forms Developer, you will coordinate the activities of the organization in support of the policies, goals, and objectives established by the Agency Board of Directors and Executive Team. Performs the following duties directly or through subordinates.
- Responsible for the day-to-day forms development in support of Agency requirements.
- Analyzes, plans, designs, develops, tests, and implements windows/web/database application needs related to forms development with Agency staff.
- Utilizes C#,.Net Frameworks, Azure DevOps, SQLserver, and queries, ASP .Net Core ASP.Net, VB.Net, Microsoft Office, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Styling libraries such as Material UI, RESTful API services, microservice and container technology such as Kubernetes, and other software development tooling to author and maintain software forms for the Agency’s enterprise applications.
- Ensures the Agency’s enterprise applications are always operational.
- Ensures Agency software is compatible and capable of supporting Agency staff in the accomplishment of their duties.
- Prepares, analyzes, and summarizes computer software related activities and requirements and advises management on requirements.
- Directly responsible for the Agency’s software forms development.
- Ensures all organizational activities are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
- May be required to travel in order to attend meetings, training, or conduct business off site. Must have a valid driver's license and meet agency underwriting standards if driving on agency business. Not required to transport clients.
- Refrains from assuming any duty that is unrelated to and/or interferes with the responsibilities of the position.
- Advocates, promotes, and practices cultural sensitivity and responsiveness in all day-to-day interactions.
