Job Posting for Summer Seasonal: Turnover Maintenance at Maintenance

Location: Brookings, SD

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:45 pm
Full Time or Part Time

Starting Wage: $12.50/hour DOE

Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):

  • Perform delegated maintenance repair on any property turnovers as assigned by supervisor
  • Complete apartment turnover work from company checklist and managers checkout, following up on any property turnovers completed by other technicians
  • Maintain company tools and equipment in good condition
  • Work on a variety of summer projects to include painting and light construction items

Summer Seasonal Turnover Maintenance Technician will complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/or necessary to fulfill job duties and maintenance processes. Summer Seasonal Turnover Maintenance Technician will work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely. EOE

Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds with the ability to work on a team. A valid driver’s license is a must. Construction experience a plus.
