Logistical Service Technician

We are searching for a Logistical Service Technician. No experience is needed but 12 to 18 months of experience is preferred. You should be able to accurately diagnose faulty equipment and determine the best route of repair. The ability to provide great customer service to our clients while using critical thinking skills to repair a machine is a must in this customer facing role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setup, Configure, Install & Train Customers on use of New Printers, Copiers, Scanners & Copier Management Software and other office equipment
• Provide Routine Service & Maintenance on Printers, Copiers, & Scanners
• Inventory Logistics (Maintaining Part & Supply Levels)
• Maintain toner levels at high profile customers, delivery, and replacement of toner cartridges in machines.
• Willingness to travel for training

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• CompTIA A or Network certification a PLUS
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in various environments including hot and cold temperatures
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Must have basic computer skills (some IT experience is a plus)
• Must have the ability to learn new skills related to this field including setting up printers on PCs/Apple Mac devices
• Strong organizational and time management skills required
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving Skills a PLUS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
