Support both manufacturing and office personnel in all facilities, with employment, benefits, training, and safety-related issues. Assist the Director of Human Resources in all administrative functions; employee relations, phones, wage and benefit administration, training, and safety.
1. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, office equipment such as fax, copier, 10-key calculator, and multi-line phones.
2. Two (2) years of Human Resources experience or degree preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
4. Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, trust, and integrity.
5. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet important deadlines.
6. Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality required.
7. Ability to complete tasks in their entirety
