Responsibilities:
Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and Present Proposals: Collaborate with the project management team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of MAK Construction's services.
Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts while ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Meet Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, consistently striving to exceed expectations and drive revenue growth.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely and effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 of experience in construction sales or a related field, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a keen eye for identifying mutually beneficial outcomes.
Customer Focus: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
Self-Motivation: Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and administrative staff.
Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
