Overview
We are seeking janitorial cleaners for an automotive shipping facility in Lang Horne, Pennsylvania! The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation. This position is offering fully paid Union benefits, once qualified, and a starting rate of $15.50 per hour plus shift premium.
1st shift
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans
- Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement
- Follows the eight-step cleaning procedure
- Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
- Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines
- Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, custodian, office cleaning housekeeping or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Must have reliable transportation
