Job Description: Front Desk Attendant
Reports to: Front End Manager, Shift Manager

We are looking for someone who embodies the joyful, welcoming, and fun presence that is Malibu Jacks, while maintaining our high standard of cleanliness and customer service. The Front Desk Attendant role also handles money transactions and works with redeeming of tickets for prizes and helping with organizing stock. This position is suited for someone who is people oriented and who ensures every guest visit begins and ends with a friendly smile. Full time and part time availability.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle money transactions while keeping the front desk area clean and organized
- Be comfortable with guests questions and issues while handling them yourself or escalating to a manager
- Assist guests with redeeming their tickets for prizes
- Stock and keep redemption area organized
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all current cash policies
- Communicate daily with team members
- Maintain a safety-focused, top customer service attitude at all times

- Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 39lbs unaided
