Malicious Women Candle Co. is a woman-owned growing small business located in the heart of Snohomish, Washington. We were founded in 2017 with a mission to make the sassiest, funniest, and quality soy wax candles while giving back to mental health awareness. Our products range from candles to clothing, with everything in between. Your bestie is having a baby? We have a candle for that & it'll be the gift everyone is gushing over the rest of the baby shower.
We are looking for a dynamic team player who is willing to learn and grow in this role. Being a small business, we wear a lot of hats!

Responsibilities include:
- Setting wicks, pouring candles by machine, cleaning candles, filling wax melters
- Picking orders, labeling, and boxing candles. Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
- Packaging orders, both retail and wholesale.
- Moving pallets between warehouse buildings.
- Will train all skills. The most important thing is a positive attitude, excellent attendance, and dedication to quality.
- And perform other duties as situation requires or as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Work Environment:
- Varied environment including a standard manufacturing environment
- Noise level is moderate to high
- Employee is regularly required to move to various locations
- Frequent communication may be required
Physical Demands:
- Capable of lifting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds
- Frequently reach with hands and fingers
- Stand for entire 8hr shift
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
Compensation: $18/hr
