What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office File Clerk position at Mallory Motors Inc?

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Coordinate and track projects to ensure timely completion
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Use Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Please note that this position does not involve dental receptionist duties.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $28,500 - $36,100
