Job Description
ENSA North America is seeking a qualified Work at Height Instructor to conduct training courses

and quality, and a unique skillset and demeanor. Work at Height Instructors can expect to
travel a significant portion of the time (at times greater than 50%), conduct training courses at
ENSA and Partner facilities and customer sites, and on one of our mobile training towers. In
addition to training, a qualified instructor will contribute to ENSA’s ISO 9001-certified and
GWO-approved quality management system, training program development, and other nontraining
process improvement activities, as needed. Occasional travel to non-training events
may be required, such as to trade shows or client safety days.
ENSA is committed to providing the highest value to our clients with each training, and our
Instructors are key to making that happen. We want Instructors who are seeking a “family”
atmosphere, are passionate and willing to work hard for the continual improvement of the
team, and who will be a good representative of our organization to our clients.
Responsibilities
• Frequent travel, primarily across the US, but occasionally to Canada, the Caribbean, and
elsewhere.
• Ability to learn and deliver ENSA training program content to a variety of clients and in a
variety of training environments.
• Learn and adhere to ENSA’s quality management system and training program
requirements, including processes related to Instructor course delivery.
• Contribute to training program content and process improvement initiatives.
• Flexibility, adaptability, positive can-do attitude, and ability to problem solve.
• Provide feedback to the operations and quality teams when opportunities are identified
for improvement.
• Commitment to professional development, as identified by the organization and as new
market opportunities arise.
